Jim founded One Take Real Estate Photography in 2022 after more than eight years as a Connecticut real estate agent and broker, and a career in print media before that. He has been photographing homes since 2016 and shoots every property himself.
Based in Middlebury, One Take covers all of western Connecticut, from Litchfield County and the Naugatuck Valley to greater Danbury and Fairfield County, with HDR photography, drone photos and video, floor plans, Matterport and Zillow 3D tours, and social video. Photos are delivered the next business day.
Having sat on the agent's side of the table, Jim knows which photos sell a listing and which are filler. Honesty, punctuality and easy communication are the standard on every shoot.
